Book a participating Courtyard, AC Hotels or Four Points by Sheraton with Marriott promo code 53M and Marriott Bonvoy adds 2,000 bonus points to every paid night, with no cap, for stays through June 30, 2027.
Key details (as of October 25, 2026)
- What you get: 2,000 bonus points per paid night. Marriott says there’s no maximum on bonus points earned during the promotion.
- Stay dates: through June 30, 2027. Marriott doesn’t list a separate booking deadline, but the offer can change or end, and rooms are limited.
- Hotels: the terms name participating AC Hotels, Courtyard by Marriott and Four Points by Sheraton. The page headline also mentions Fairfield, but the terms don’t, so check the hotel shows the 53M rate before you count on it.
- Rooms: up to three regular rooms per paid night, per member. Groups of 10 or more rooms don’t qualify.
- Fine print: you have to book with code 53M, in advance. It’s not valid during special events or blackout dates, and it can’t be combined with other special offers. Members who earn airline miles instead of points aren’t eligible. Tax is extra.
Prices, availability and promotion terms can change quickly, so check the rate and terms before you book.
How to book
- Log in to your Marriott Bonvoy account on marriott.com or in the app. Joining is free if you’re not a member yet.
- Search your city and dates, then open “Special Rates” and enter 53M as the corporate/promo code.
- Pick a participating Courtyard, AC or Four Points that returns the promo rate.
- Before you book, run the same search without the code and compare the prices and cancellation rules side by side.
- You can also call 1-800-MARRIOTT and quote code 53M.
Who it’s good for
Road warriors, consultants, traveling nurses, sports parents and anyone who already sleeps at a Courtyard on paid nights. Longer stays are where it really adds up: a five-night work trip is 10,000 bonus points, and a two-week project is 28,000.

Our take
This is a solid deal if the 53M rate costs about the same as the regular rate, and a bad one if it doesn’t.
Here’s the math. We value Marriott points somewhere around 0.7 to 0.8 cents each, so 2,000 points is worth roughly $14 to $16 to us. If the code costs $5 more a night than the regular member rate, you’re coming out ahead. If it’s $25 more, you’re just buying points at a bad price. Package rates like this sometimes come with stricter cancellation rules too, so read those before you click book.
Also, don’t assume it stacks. The terms say it can’t be combined with other special offers, and they don’t explain how it works alongside Marriott’s registered promotions, like the current fall promo. If stacking matters to you, check with Marriott before you book.
We’d use it for work trips and longer stays where the rates come in close. We’d skip it if you mostly stay at full-service or luxury Marriotts, where it doesn’t apply, or if you earn airline miles instead of points.
