Alaska Airlines’ November Atmos Rewards sale takes up to 50% off award flights to nine places, and the headliner is Hawaii from just 11,500 points one-way, but you only have until Saturday, Nov. 7, to book.
The details (as of Nov. 5, 2026)
- Book by: Nov. 7, 2026.
- Hawaii (Honolulu, Maui, Kona, Kauai): from 11,500 points one-way, for travel Dec. 1, 2026, through March 10, 2027.
- Venice: from 25,000 points one-way.
- Amman, Catania, Mumbai and Singapore: from 30,000 points one-way.
- Travel dates outside Hawaii: Jan. 15 through May 12, 2027.
- Fine print: According to One Mile at a Time, it’s economy only, one-way awards only, the trip has to start in the US, the discount shows up when saver-level space is available, and a few markets have date exceptions. Seats are limited and first come, first served.
Those are “starting at” prices. What you’ll actually pay depends on your departure city and the date, and award prices and availability can change fast, so check before you count on a number.
How to book
- Log in to your Atmos Rewards account on alaskaair.com or hawaiianairlines.com.
- Search a one-way trip to one of the nine sale cities and select “use points.”
- Use the calendar view to find dates where the discounted price shows up. Alaska says the sale fare appears right in the results.
- Book the return as a separate one-way. It may price at the regular rate if it falls outside the sale.
- Finish by Nov. 7.
Who it’s good for
This is mostly for travelers who already have Atmos points sitting in their account, especially if you live near an Alaska or Hawaiian gateway. If you’ve been eyeing a winter escape to Maui or Kauai, the timing works: December through early March is exactly when a beach sounds best. The long-haul cities fit if you’re flexible and fine flying economy in late winter or spring.
Our take
The Hawaii prices are the real deal here, and we’d book them if you have the points and flexible dates.
Do the math: 11,500 points each way is 23,000 points for a round trip, if you can snag the sale price both ways. Pull up the cash fare for the same flights and divide by the points. If you’re getting well over a cent per point, that’s a good use of a modest stash. And per One Mile at a Time, these awards follow Atmos’ standard change and cancellation rules, so you’re not locked in if plans shift.
Here’s the catch, though. “Starting at” means the cheapest seat on the best date from the best city, and those seats go first. You’ve also only got three days, which doesn’t leave much time to line up vacation days or check with whoever’s coming with you.
The 30,000-point long-haul trips are fine but not thrilling. Even if both legs price at the sale rate, that’s 60,000 points round trip in economy to places like Singapore or Mumbai, and many points collectors would rather save up for a premium-cabin seat on routes that long. We’d skip those unless the price lines up with dates you’d fly anyway.
If you don’t have Atmos points already, this probably isn’t the sale to chase. The window’s too short to earn your way in.
